Brisbane/SEQ needs to bid & this is why

5. Investment to improve infrastructure & fast track the roads, rail & air to support the additional 2M people expected in SEQ by 2043
6. Brisbane is 1 of the fastest growing cities in the world, Jones Lang Laselle.
7. Australia is safe
8. Facilities for communities for the future
9. Sustainability is key
10. Future Sporting world cup bids
11. Tourism $
12. Brisbane has the best Airport in Australia & in the top 10 in the world
13. Queens Wharf Entertainment precinct
14. Brisbane/SEQ knows how to do world events sporting, G20 & Expo 88
15. Jobs before, during & after
