Aussie Cotton Farmers Grow Communities – Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal and Bayer Fund - Carmalk Consulting

Cotton farmers are invited to nominate a project or group in their local community to receive a $5,000 grant in one of the following 15 Cotton Grower Association areas in New South Wales, Queensland and Northern Australia.

The 2020 Aussie Cotton Farmers Grow Communities program is now open and closes 5pm AEST, Monday 31 August 2020.

Eligibility

Nominated projects to be delivered by not-for-profit community groups must:

  • Have a charitable purpose (i.e. address a need in the community and not benefit an individual);
  • Demonstrate clear community support;
  • Have a good prospect of longer-term viability and impact;
  • Involve partnerships or leverage financial and/or in-kind contributions;
  • Be differentiated from projects already in existence;
  • Be supported by viable project management arrangements (and a financially sound organisation);
  • Offer value for money;
  • Demonstrate innovation;
  • Grant funds must be spent down between December 2020 and November 2021.
